A. HOW TO EARN, The Opportunity

1. Re-Sell Our Online Courses. You are allowed to re-sell any of the courses that you buy on our platform for whatever price you like as long as you obey THE RULES given below.

2. You get paid directly. Customers (or Clients) pay you directly in any form that you like to gain access to the courses that they buy from you on the All Spark Academy. There are no middle-men.  The process is as follows:
a. The Customer registers on our website using your username as the Referral Code.
b. The customer pays you the money for any of the courses that own and that they want to buy.
c. You notify your upline to give access to the products that the customer has purchased from you.
d. Within 24 hours the customer has access to their course in there account and the customer can buy more courses from you at any time.

3. Course teach you how to make money. The All Spark Academy focuses on courses that are designed to enable you to make money and to help others to do the same. So even if you do not want to re-sell any of the courses that you purchased the content of the courses themselves help you to make money simply by completing the course and implementing what you've learned.

4. Make Referral Revenues. Some of the courses present use of software or other systems that allow you to make money by referring others to the systems in the courses.

B. THE RULES 1. You cannot give the course away courses. By using the All Spark Academy you agree that you will charge any new clients at least some nominal amount, even if they are friends of yours.  This is the most important principal of our business.  In addition, studies show that when courses are given away for free the recipients are less likely to engage with the material at all and you can explain this to clients.  Without the phycological attachment of value paid for a course the course the less likely the recipient is to learn.  You could use the course to pay a debt.

2. Courses must remain on the All Spark Platform. Whoever you sell the course to must register and use the course on our All Spark Platform. You cannot copy the courses or material and run them on a different platform or deliver copies.

3. Do not advertise prices. You can advertise the All Spark Platform and your Referral Codes and Referral Links, but you can not include the price for which you are selling the courses in any advertisement because people buy and sell these same courses for different prices and we don't want to interfere with their ability to make a living.

4. Must use Referral Codes from your Referrer. Many of the courses use software and systems that can generate income for the person who referred you to buy the course.  You must use the referral codes and links that are given to you by the person who referred you to the course or risk losing access to your course.

5. Don't advertise the underlying content or systems.  In your advertising do not use specific names or terminology that might enable a person to build, recreate or discover the critical components of the course.

C. TERMS OF SERVICE

By using this system and the courses within it you agree to obey the rules or risk losing access to the systems and being fined for any loses that may arise because of rule breaking.
